Heya James Being comparatively new to coaching, I’m curious about the kind of information you ask for in your application. This is something I’ve been thinking about for awhile and I can definitely see how it’ll help tailor the coaching more towards the student’s needs, but honestly have little idea about where to begin. I appreciate any feedback you can give.

There is a huge difference between the “ZOMG! look at my new car and baller house and check out my video of flipping quarters for 5k!” type of player/coach, and a player/coach who drops a blog entry like the one you just have.

This is why you are respected in the community.
