		<description>Heya James :)  Being comparatively new to coaching, I&#039;m curious about the kind of information you ask for in your application.  This is something I&#039;ve been thinking about for awhile and I can definitely see how it&#039;ll help tailor the coaching more towards the student&#039;s needs, but honestly have little idea about where to begin.  I appreciate any feedback you can give. :)
