Totally agree with you that to maximize vs ranges a smaller bet is better since hands that are strong enough to get stacks in will be shoving over anyways. I like the $19.85 sizing (nice marketing btw, looks SO much cheaper than $20) because people talk themselves into calling getting 2:1 or better - it doesn't look like much to call off when there's $53 in the pot.
