Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Digital Products

Digital products, including courses, videos, workbooks, spreadsheets, and downloads, are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

If a specific product page lists different refund terms, those terms apply to that product only.

Physical Products

Physical products are non-refundable except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect that makes the product unusable. Examples include a book with pages printed out of order, missing pages, or binding damage that prevents normal use.

If you receive a defective physical product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and, where applicable, photos. We will review the claim and, if the defect is confirmed, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
