I just want to list out terms for coaching. Although it is rare that there is ever an issue, the terms should still be clear for both the student and myself.
1.) There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please do your best to let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel and/or reschedule a session. I will adhere to the same policy. Of course, emergencies always happen, so just let me know ASAP in that case please.
2.) No-shows: I will wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled time. If I have not heard from you via some medium (email, skype, text, etc) by that point, I will consider the session ended. The first instance (except for emergencies…oversleeping is NOT an emergency =) ) will result in a 1/2hr charge, and every future instance will result in being charged for the full hour.
- If I no-show you, I will add an extra 30 minutes (or discount an hour, whichever you prefer) to the next session.
- If you show up late (say 7 minutes late), the session will still end at the scheduled time
- If I show up late (say 7 minutes late), then I will add extra time on the end of that session (assuming your schedule allows for it) or at a later time
- Again, these happen rarely…I just want everyone to be held accountable
(exceptions may be made for technical issues)
3.) All hours of coaching must be paid for up front. Packages (except when otherwise specified) may be paid per session, but in order for your scheduled hour to be solidified, you must have payment shipped ASAP.
It should also be noted that I am NOT a bank. Please do not pay for a package, leave for 3 months, then come back and decide you don’t want coaching. I will of course ship you your money back…but pay for what you are going to use when you plan on using it =)
4.) Recording sessions: You may record our sessions (visual, audio, or both) if you wish. My only rule is that the recording(s) stay strictly between you and I.
