Feb 12 – Where Did Time Go?

My bad for the total silence. Time totally escaped me, and between my normal projects, I also took upon 2 more which has totally sunk me. One of my projects will come to an end this upcoming week, and I hope to have another one finished by the end of the month. The new business venture I mentioned in the last post has been coming along, although slower than I originally anticipated. I hope to be beta testing it within the next 2 weeks, and then hopefully launch that by the end of the month as well. So much to do, and so little time!

On the front of poker stuff, I haven’t had much time to play. I’ve been wanting to get out and play some live, but there hasn’t been much free time unfortunately. However, I have been messing around with the PokerTracker 4 beta…and I’m loving it. The software is slick, comprehensive, and has so much customization available it’s disturbing. I’m not sure when it will be fully available, but I certainly suggest checking it out if you get a chance. I also did 2 in-software videos (tutorials on how to use an aspect of the software), so see if you can find out which ones I did =P
Everything else has been going alright. My roommate left and so I have the house to myself for the rest of the lease, which I’ve converted into a disc golf putting green, lol. I should be moving 100% into my new place in the next week or two, which will be good (just one afternoon with a uHaul should get the job done). I also decided to get a Samsung Galaxy Tab (10.1), which was a random purchase for me as I’ve always thought tablets were a stupid idea (why do I need something that’s bigger than my iPhone but doesn’t have a keyboard like my laptop?). I’m actually really liking it, and especially liking Android, and think it’s a cool idea for relaxing on the couch and just getting random emails/reading done. I’ve only had it for a few days, but I’d give it an A- thus far (and 12+ battery life is kind of the nut as well).
Other than that, same ol stuff. I’m really excited to start beta testing the new project, as it’s a cool idea and should be beneficial for a wide range of people. Hope all is well!
